An established company in the consumer goods sector is seeking an experienced finance professional for the commercial leadership responsibility of the Swiss sales company. As a member of the local management team, the sought-after person actively shapes the strategic and operational control and acts as a central sparring partner for management. The position offers a high degree of creative freedom in an international environment with direct responsibility for P&L, forecasting, and the further development of finance processes.
- Development of management analyses and strategic financial scenarios together with sales
- Leadership and further development of the local finance team with a performance focus
- Responsibility for facility management, procurement, and legal coordination
- Further development of reporting, governance, and BI-supported automation solutions
- Several years of FP&A experience with P&L responsibility expected
- Leadership experience and ability to develop employees are required
- Very good German, French, and English skills necessary
- Confident handling of ERP systems and BI tools required
- Close cooperation with sales, marketing, and service departments
- High visibility within the international Miele finance organisation
- Active involvement in shaping sales strategy and profitability control
- Use of modern BI, automation, and AI solutions in the finance area
Responsibilities
