About the job

• Individually develop and manage payment agreements with customers by phone and in writing.
• Process customer accounts, handle credit balance payments (ex-collection) and continuously monitor debt cases.
• Create analyses, evaluations and reports in debt collection management.
• Further develop processes in the SAP environment and support the digitalisation of the department.
• Coordinate orders with the field service and promote close collaboration.

• Thanks to your many years of professional experience in debt collection, you confidently handle complex debt cases.
• Completed commercial basic training, ideally supplemented by further training in the financial sector.
• You are adept at conducting demanding and sometimes emotional customer conversations and concluding them with a suitable solution.
• You bring SAP knowledge, ideally in the IS-U module.
• Fluent German and English skills, an additional foreign language is a plus.
