To strengthen our small, dedicated HR team at the Reinach/BL location, we are looking for you as a structured, service-oriented, and motivated personality.

These are your tasks
- You are responsible for recording and maintaining personnel and payroll changes in SAP
- You support, control, and evaluate time tracking
- You take on versatile administrative HR tasks (confirmations, evaluations, reports)
- You are the first point of contact (1st level) for employees and managers on HR and payroll questions
- You actively participate in digitization and optimization projects in HR
- You report directly to the HR Manager Switzerland
This is what you bring
- Commercial basic training with HR-specific further education
- Several years of experience in the HR field, ideally with a focus on payroll and in an international environment
- Very good English skills
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Word
- SAP experience is a great advantage
- You work precisely, efficiently, and reliably, have a flair for numbers and a quick grasp as well as an analytical way of thinking
- You communicate clearly, service-oriented, and appreciate contact with people
