Your tasks
As part of our motivated HR Business Partner team, you are the central contact person for employees and managers in all HR matters and are responsible for the support area of the institutes.

- ... you are the "face to the customer" and advise, support and enable the HR representatives of the institutes, employees and managers,
- ... you provide effective and efficient HR processes and implement them together with the HR representatives of the institutes, managers and employees,
- ... you advise on recruitment and position the University of St.Gallen as an attractive employer,
- ... you implement management decisions - together with the HR representatives of the institutes, managers and employees - and accompany change processes,
- ... you actively participate in projects and contribute to the further development of HSG and its culture
Your profile
- Higher business education and/or advanced training in HR
- Proven practical experience in HR, especially in advising/coaching managers
- Sound labour law knowledge, professional experience in the public sector desirable
- Strong communication skills (D/E) as well as know-how in accompanying transformation processes
- Conceptual skills as well as experience in planning and implementing HR projects
- High resilience and strong initiative combined with diplomatic tact and high social competence
- Networked, solution-oriented thinking as well as the ability to recognise different interests and develop viable solutions.
