Your future field of responsibility
- Ensuring a smooth and efficient operation throughout the hotel according to our quality standards and in coordination with the Front Office Manager and other department heads
- Covering management presence during late shifts (working hours from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm)
- Warm check-in, check-out and general support in the front of house area
- Supporting departments in daily operational business
- Welcoming and bidding farewell to our guests, looking after our regular guests and VIPs, and maintaining active guest contact
- Recommending activities in the region and fulfilling guest requests (concierge duties)
- Professional handling of guest feedback during their stay and after departure
- Achieving the annual RPS (Reputation Performance Score)
- Point of contact for guests and employees in all matters
- Conducting and documenting regular rounds and quality checks within the framework of LQA
Your profile
- You have a solid education in hospitality and at least two years of professional experience in a comparable position. Additional qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in a hotel chain is a plus but not a must.
- You are proactive, creative and goal-oriented, communicate and negotiate confidently at all levels and impress with a confident and warm manner.
- You enjoy individual projects and are willing to take on late shifts.
- Organisational talent, a structured way of working and open communication are natural to you.
- You are characterised by a high quality and sense of responsibility.
- You have a good command of German and English. Additional language skills are an advantage.
