- you prepare dishes mainly with fresh products professionally, creatively, and with high quality so that both residents and our restaurant guests can experience maximum enjoyment
- you share responsibility for orders
- you consistently comply with all hygiene and food regulations
- you accompany and support apprentice cooks EFZ
- you ensure careful and economical handling of properties, machines, and equipment

The Scalottas Foundation in Scharans is located in the sunny Domleschg, 25 km from Chur. The beautifully situated competence center with views of the Heinzenberg and Piz Beverin offers 12 children and 73 adults with disabilities care and support tailored to their needs, schooling, employment, therapy, and living spaces. Around 200 employees in 28 professions are committed to our motto "for more quality of life."
