Electroplating Operator M/F

To strengthen the team of a well-known industrial workshop in the region, we are immediately looking for an Electroplating Operator for a long-term assignment, with a real opportunity for permanent employment.

Your main tasks

• Surface preparation: Degrease, strip, polish or clean parts before treatment.

• Bath operation: Place parts on supports (holders or fixtures), then immerse them in chemical or electrolytic solutions (gold, silver, nickel, rhodium, palladium, etc.).

• Control and analysis: Measure bath parameters (concentration, temperature, current) and make chemical adjustments.

• Quality control: Check deposit thickness, adhesion, visual appearance and dimensional conformity of parts.

• First-level maintenance: Maintain machines, manage baths and comply with safety and environmental standards.

Your profile

• Experience: Initial successful experience in an electroplating workshop, surface treatment or similar technical environment (or a meticulous profile from micromechanics/watchmaking), a real asset.

• Mindset & personality: Calm, composed and thoughtful; excellent ability to assimilate technical instructions.

• Skills: Very good team spirit, easy and fluent communication on a daily basis.

• Calculation & logic: Comfortable with basic numbers (simple dosage calculations, surface areas, processing times, counting parts).

• Availability: Flexible to work in 2x8 shift patterns and must have own transport.
