Bodywork Advisor: Claims Handling / Deputy Head of PreparationYour tasks:
- You assess vehicles for bodywork and technical damage and prepare corresponding cost estimates
- You are the central contact person between insurers, customers and internal departments and coordinate communication
- You coordinate and accompany repair work and take care of the associated administrative tasks
- You ensure the quality of the work carried out and ensure smooth claims handling
- You support the Head of Preparation and deputise for them in their absence
This is what you bring:
- You have completed training as an automotive mechatronics technician, automotive specialist or bodywork panel beater with commercial experience. Alternatively, you have training in the service sector and experience in the automotive industry
- Ideally, you have experience as a service advisor, painter or bodywork panel beater as well as knowledge of the bodywork industry and insurance processes
- You work independently, are well organised and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You have a flair for bodywork damage, find suitable solutions together with customers and partners and convince with your strong service and customer orientation
- You have very good IT skills, are a team player, flexible and bring a high level of commitment
