Care Planning: With careful deployment planning, we try to accommodate individual wishes as much as possible.
Holidays: Special holiday plans? If the annual 25 to 32 days of holiday are not enough, the possibility of unpaid leave can be discussed with us. Our employees also receive an additional day off for their birthday!
GAV: Our employment conditions are fundamentally based on the collective labour agreement (GAV) for the staff of Bernese hospitals and clinics.
Culinary: Our kitchens in Burgdorf and Langnau largely work with seasonal, healthy, and local products. Employees benefit from a discount and can indulge themselves with a varied buffet selection. Microwaves for self-brought meals are also available.
