Senior Physician (m/f/d) with a Focus on Complex Aortic Surgery for the Clinic of Vascular Surgery 80-100%

Your Mission - Shape & Lead
Clinical Excellence: Operational co-responsibility for the entire spectrum of complex aortic surgery (open, endovascular, hybrid) and further development of standards
Team Development: Supervision and promotion of the medical team as well as active sharing of your expertise
Strategic Participation: Process optimisation in outpatient clinic, operating theatre and ward to improve patient care
Research & Teaching: Commitment to research, university teaching and international congresses
Clinic Management: Taking on administrative tasks and representing the clinic management
Team Development: Supervision and promotion of the medical team as well as active sharing of your expertise
Strategic Participation: Process optimisation in outpatient clinic, operating theatre and ward to improve patient care
Research & Teaching: Commitment to research, university teaching and international congresses
Clinic Management: Taking on administrative tasks and representing the clinic management
Your Profile - Visionary & Experienced
Qualification: Specialist title in vascular surgery, Dr. med. as well as MBA or Master or completed or advanced habilitation
Expertise: Several years of experience in complex aortic surgery (especially F-/BEVAR); sound knowledge of open and hybrid procedures
Leadership Personality: High social competence, team orientation and confident appearance even in demanding situations
Language Skills: Business fluent German (C1) and very good English for scientific exchange
