We are recruiting a 100% Sommelier for our Boutique Hotel and Chic Bistro in Bellevue, with a starting date to be agreed upon.

Under the direct responsibility of the establishment's management and in close collaboration with the Group's wine consultant, you actively participate in enhancing our wine offer.
On a daily basis, you are responsible for:
Personalized advice and wine service to an international clientele
Preparation of bottles for service (temperature adjustment, decanting, presentation)
Proper cellar maintenance and stock management (entries, exits, inventories)
Stock tracking in the Sommit IT tool, under the supervision of the wine consultant
Participation in the evolution of the wine list and occasional selections
Contribution to smooth service in the dining room through true versatility (runner, head waiter, bar as needed)
Sharing your knowledge with the dining team during briefings and internal tastings
Participation in events and activities around wine
Recognized diploma in sommellerie (MC Sommellerie or equivalent)
Successful experience in a high-end or gastronomic establishment
Good knowledge of classic regions (Burgundy, Bordeaux, Rhône, Piedmont, Switzerland) and interest in emerging vineyards
Very good command of French and English (minimum B2); another language is a plus
Rigor, attention to detail, and respect for procedures
Neat appearance, sense of service, and excellent interpersonal skills
Team spirit, reliability, and willingness to learn
Desire to share your know-how and progress within the Group
