What is my role?

• Independent setup and operation of CNC lathes

• Manufacture of demanding components made of technical plastics

• Production of individual parts and small series according to drawings

• Setting up tools and monitoring manufacturing processes

• Optimising and correcting CNC programmes

• Independent quality and dimensional checks

• Ensuring high manufacturing quality and adherence to deadlines

• Optimisation of machining procedures and manufacturing processes

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a polymechanic, production mechanic, mechanic or comparable

• Professional experience in CNC turning

• Experience in processing plastics is a great advantage

• Good knowledge in setting up and operating CNC machines

• Confident reading and understanding of technical drawings

• Good knowledge in handling measuring and testing equipment

• Precise, independent and quality-conscious working method

• Technical understanding and enjoyment of demanding manufacturing tasks

• Good German language skills
