jobgate ag is a personnel services company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, technology, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction and the construction-related trades.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a foreman/forewoman in horticulture (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Leading a horticulture team in individual garden construction
- Reading plans and making clarifications regarding the approach
- Organising the team’s work
- Advising customers on site regarding plants and materials
- Point of contact and liaison for customers and the horticulture team
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a landscape gardener with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ)
- Further training as a foreman and several years of professional experience advantageous
- Several years of professional experience in horticulture
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B with trailer permit mandatory
- Service- and solution-oriented working style
- Communicative and strong leadership personality with a talent for organisation
