We are looking immediately or by arrangement for three departments of the Niederfelben and Rüti residential homes for a:
Deputy Team Leader Residential Area
The varied day
- As Deputy Team Leader, you support the team leadership in organising and delivering educational and nursing services as well as other tasks and share responsibility for the department in the absence of the team leader
- Together with your colleagues with educational and nursing professional backgrounds, you accompany and care for adults with cognitive and psychological impairments as well as multiple disabilities and sometimes challenging behaviours and epilepsy. In doing so, you build a professional relationship with the residents and help shape their living environment as well as their daily and leisure structures according to their individual needs. You take into account the UNCRPD
- You promote and support the residents in perceiving their basic needs, shape their everyday life with them and support them in maintaining their health
- You are responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating the educational process and work with internal contacts, relatives and legal representatives as well as external agencies
- You participate in specialist and working groups and thus take an active part in the development of the overall institution and its areas
Your diverse talents
- You are a qualified social pedagogue HF or FH or have a nursing qualification as a qualified nurse HF / FH and have experience working with people with disabilities or are interested in training in this field
- Preferably, you already have some leadership experience or would like to take the next career step with us
- You show a high willingness to engage in a professional relationship with the residents and to represent their concerns
- You have a solution-oriented work organisation and a high degree of personal responsibility
- With your creative and transparent communicative style, you proactively shape everyday life
