Your Tasks:

Professional and personnel management of an existing trust team at the Lucerne location

Independent management of client mandates, especially startups and SMEs
-
Management of financial and payroll accounting as well as preparation of annual financial statements

Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons

Consulting national and international clients in various industries

Ensuring quality and efficiency within the team

Active participation and implementation of process optimizations, especially through the use of AI and digital tools

Close collaboration with management for the further development of the location
Your Profile:

Dipl. Trust Expert, Dipl. Auditor or federal certificate in trust with many years of practice
-
Several years of professional experience in the trust sector
-
Experience in leading employees or willingness to lead an existing team professionally and personally
Interest in digitalization and joy in actively shaping AI-based processes

Precise, independent, and customer-oriented working style
-
German as a native language and very good English skills – other national languages are an advantage
Start: by agreement
Location: Lucerne, home office option
Workload: 80–100%
