Skills
- Completed commercial training or similar education required.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, especially ABACUS.
- Excellent German skills; French/English a plus.

What you can achieve
- You are the central interface between project managers and administration and ensure a smooth process
- You support our project managers in the ERP system ABACUS with project openings, invoicing, and controlling
- You revise offers, tender and contract documents and create individual, project-specific templates in close coordination with the project managers
- As part of the administration team, you take on diverse tasks within administration and at reception
Your skills are
- You have completed commercial or comparable basic training
- Several years of experience in a similar role and/or in accounting are an advantage
- You know how to correctly interpret project figures and can support project managers with complex questions regarding our ERP system ABACUS, invoicing, and project controlling
- As a team player, you enjoy precise, solution-oriented, and structured work, take initiative and responsibility, and ensure a smooth workflow
- Very good user knowledge of the MS Office suite, experience with an ERP system (preferably ABACUS), and your impeccable German and spelling skills are prerequisites for this demanding role (French and/or English desirable)
- During holiday cover, you are also able to work 100%
