What is my role?

80% actively involved in operational daily business and leading a small team of 2-3 employees (20%). Your main tasks include:

• Ensuring smooth processes and optimisation of procedures according to Lean principles

• Responsibility for goods warehouse, operating resources and company fleet

• Conducting rolling inventory and monitoring goods receipt

• Organisation of internal and external transports

• Maintenance of logistics master data and personnel planning for your team

• Close exchange with other departments as well as participation in project and team leader meetings

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed training as a logistics specialist EFZ

• Mechanical knowledge is essential

• Experience as a team leader or in leading a small team

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Business One)

• Basic knowledge of Lean Management

• Experience in the machinery industry is an advantage

• Organisational talent
