Healthcare Assistant - Nursing Home

Your duties

• Support residents in daily life activities (washing, dressing, mobility)
• Perform basic and comfort care
• Assist with meals
• Observe the general condition of residents and relay information to the care team
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and prevention rules
• Help maintain a caring and safe environment

Your profile

• Certificate as CRS Healthcare Assistant or equivalent training
• Experience in nursing homes – Mandatory
• Good command of French
• Good interpersonal skills, empathy and kindness
• Adaptability and team spirit
• Reliability and sense of responsibility
