Your tasks
- Caring for and advising our clients and their relatives in the psychiatric context
- Trusted contact person for our clients in everyday life
- Ensuring the implementation of the entire care process
- Coordinates and plans needs-based care involving all parties and supports them in their decision-making
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and coordination with external persons and agencies
- Ensures the quality of care
Your profile
- Certified nurse FH/HF
- Several years of professional experience in psychiatric and psychosocial care desired
- Very good PC skills
- Enjoyment in working as a key contact person and collaborating with other involved services
- Experience in the application of RAI-HC desired
- Experience with Nanda diagnostics an advantage
- Independent, resilient and a team player
- Ability to set priorities
