- You reliably operate and monitor our state-of-the-art production and packaging systems.
- After each product change, you find the correct settings and adjust the system accordingly.
- During your training, you acquire comprehensive knowledge of materials science, productivity, quality control, fault analysis, and hygiene regulations.
- You analyse malfunctions, identify optimisation potential, and support improvements in the process 💡.
- With your commitment, you ensure that our products 🥛 leave the factory on time, safely, and in the best quality.
What you bring with you
- You have a secondary school leaving certificate or attend a pre-vocational school year.
- You are fascinated by technology and have good manual skills.
- Care and cleanliness are a matter of course for you – especially when working with food.
- You enjoy working in a team 🧩 and are well organised.
- With a good sense for machines and processes, you quickly find your place in production.
- Your German language skills correspond to at least level B1.
- In addition, you are an early riser and mobile, so you can start the early shift at 05:00.
