Your tasks:
- Responsibility for the entire order processing
- Creation of appealing offers
- Resolution of complaints
- Overview of the spare parts warehouse
- Operational purchasing for optimal availability
- Competent customer advice
Qualifications
- Completed basic technical training (e.g. as an automotive specialist, two-wheeler mechanic)
- Experience in customer service (e.g. automotive trade)
- Commercial further training is an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact, high service orientation
- Independent and precise working method
- Quick comprehension, team player and resilient
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
