Project and Process Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• Completed degree (Bachelor) in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field

• Strong IT affinity with solid MS Office skills as well as ideally basic knowledge in data analysis tools (Power BI, Grafana) and PLC programming

• Very good German skills in spoken and written form (level C1) as well as good English skills (at least B1)

• Distinct analytical thinking and structured approach to problem solving

• High initiative, sense of responsibility and willingness to shape in a dynamic working environment

• Willingness to travel occasionally for work (approx. 20%)

What do I need to be successful?

• Active participation in the further development of manufacturing processes and value streams to ensure efficient, sustainable and customer-oriented production

• Responsibility for the development, procurement and commissioning of new production plants as well as further development of existing plants and manufacturing processes

• Review and implementation of new technologies and procedures

• Ensuring process safety, plant availability and quality

• Continuous optimisation regarding process stability, scrap reduction, energy efficiency and material usage

• Development of processes for alternative materials and new products

• Close cooperation with product development to support internal prototype manufacturing

• Collaboration with suppliers, analysis of process problems and realisation of sustainable optimisations

• 2nd-level support for technical challenges

• Ensuring compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines
