What you will achieve with us
As the hub between the Board of Directors and the Executive Board, you take on a key role with direct access to the strategic top of the Kulm Group. You act with absolute discretion, professionalism, and organizational excellence – both in the office and in the home office.Your main tasks
- Ensuring the professional organization and preparation/follow-up of board and executive meetings, general assemblies, and workshops
- Maintenance and management of Sherpany (meeting software), share register, beneficial ownership register, as well as company and corporate documents
- Creation, review, and linguistically as well as formally flawless preparation of presentations, minutes, and resolution documents
- Coordination of appointments, travel, correspondence, and pending tasks for the Chairwoman of the Board and the Board Delegate
- Support of commercial register and contract transactions as well as assistance with compliance and governance processes
- Structured documentation, annual planning, and organization of legally relevant documents and processes
Who you are
- Completed commercial training with further education as an executive assistant or paralegal
- At least 5 years of experience at C-level or in the legal & compliance area, including minute-taking and documentation
- Proficient use of the MS Office suite – especially PowerPoint at the highest level
- Deep understanding of Swiss corporate law and confident handling of sensitive documents
- Fluent communication in German and English – clear, precise, and audience-appropriate
- High trustworthiness, independence, discretion, and a solution-oriented, structured working style
- Workload: 50–60%
- Hybrid model, home office with occasional presence in St. Moritz & Chur
