Your tasks

Expansion, maintenance and 360° advisory of the customer portfolio
Sale of the entire product and service range including cross-selling
Systematic recording of needs and external potential
Referral to internal specialist teams
Acquisition of new customers
Participation in customer events including network maintenance

What you bring

Commercial basic training (banking or insurance sector)
Completed bank-specific further training
Professional experience as a personal customer advisor is required
Proven experience in the financing sector, affinity for investment and pension topics
