Interim School Leadership Cycle 1 (50%)
Start date: immediately or by arrangement
Fixed term: Initially until the Christmas holidays (18 December 2026) with option for extension
Your role
Presence at the school is planned as follows:
- Wednesday morning
- Thursday all day
- Monday and Tuesday as needed and by arrangement
You will work closely with the two co-headteachers (Cycles 2 and 3). They will support you in your role and, together with the area manager, will be a competent point of contact.
Your tasks
- Organisation and coordination of school operations for Cycle 1
- Contact person for teachers, staff, and guardians
- Child discussions together with teachers and therapists
- Parent meetings
- Assistance with administrative and organisational tasks of the school leadership
- Close collaboration with the co-headteachers
Your profile
- Educational training, ideally in special education
- Leadership experience or school leadership training
- Organisational talent as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence, strong communication skills, and resilience
- Enjoyment of teamwork
