Operational Buyer

Tasks

• Operational handling of the procurement process for materials and services
• Review and processing of purchase requisitions, orders and order confirmations
• Creation and maintenance of operational framework agreements (SAP & Ariba Contracts)
• Maintenance of the Lean Catalog and support of supplier onboarding (Ariba SLP)
• Support with SAP reporting and close cooperation with accounting
• Management of the central purchasing email inbox and contact person for SAP and ordering issues
• Updating SAP forms, templates and training materials as well as supporting internal training sessions

Requirements

• Commercial training or equivalent qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in operational purchasing, SCM or scheduling
• Good knowledge of SAP S/4 (S&P); Ariba knowledge (SLP, Sourcing, Contracts) is an advantage
• Strong team and communication skills as well as an independent working style
• High level of personal responsibility, flexibility and willingness to learn
• German at native or very good level, French and/or English advantageous
