We are looking for an
Application Manager 80%-100%
The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are orthopedics, surgery, and urology. With us, you will find meaningful work in a family environment where people are at the center.
Your main tasks
- Ensuring proper application operation with a focus on middleware
- Monitoring ongoing application and interface operations (monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting)
- Coordinating measures to ensure availability and recoverability
- Ensuring collaboration between 2nd-level and 3rd-level support (suppliers)
- Ensuring consistent data flow between systems using common standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM
- Independent and proactive planning of releases, including test scenarios and rollout planning
- Creating concepts for implementing process requirements on the middleware
- Close collaboration with our middleware suppliers
- Conducting cost-benefit analyses to find solutions
- Leading topic-specific groups
- Advising and supporting users in application and process handling
- Proactively informing users about updates, maintenance, and outages
- Participating in projects, if necessary as (partial) project manager
Your profile
- Completed studies in (business) informatics (FH/HF) or comparable qualification
- Experience in application management, ideally in healthcare
- Very good understanding of interfaces, integration platforms, and middleware
- Experience working with external service providers and software suppliers
- Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented working style
- High customer and service orientation
- Team player with open and constructive communication
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
