Your mission
- Implement the strategic directions defined by management by achieving the operational objectives of the sector
- Supervise and support the ICUS as well as all care teams
- Oversee the organization and application of care in accordance with the institutional care concept
- Supervise the InterRAI evaluation processes and ensure the compliance of care records
- Maintain strong relationships with families, medico-social partners, hospitals, and doctors involved in the institution
- Manage cross-functional projects, oversee care budgets, and ensure the proper allocation of human and material resources
- Collaborate closely with the various sector heads in a spirit of interprofessionality
- Ensure the application and monitoring of Quality standards
- Bachelor in nursing complemented by advanced training in nursing management (DAS, MAS or equivalent training)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a management position in care
- InterRAI supervisor level training
- Knowledge of the cantonal socio-health environment
- Proficiency in MS-Office, Carefolio, WEDO software tools
- Proven experience in team management and human resource management
- Leadership, organizational skills, and anticipation
- Ability to manage projects and make decisions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
