- You accompany, promote and challenge our trainees and support them on their way to becoming competent nursing professionals
- You work closely with the nursing team and vocational training, actively shape learning settings and bring in new ideas
- You are responsible for the introduction and support of the daily reference persons on the ward and thus strengthen the quality of learning support

- You are a qualified nurse and have already gained experience in the acute sector, ideally on a surgical ward
- You are passionate about educational work and lead with genuine team spirit
