Key information about the position:

Reference: CLS/RH/2026.779 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 90% / Hours: 12-hour shifts / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

A new opportunity arises within our urological and visceral surgery unit, which welcomes patients in a diverse care environment with its 28 beds. To complete our team, we are currently looking for our future nurse colleague, ready to put their skills and commitment at the service of quality care.

What will you be expected to do?

• Take care of patients holistically, maintaining autonomy and dignity
• Work collaboratively to ensure optimal patient care
• Apply technical and specific nursing skills
• Strictly apply hygiene and asepsis rules
• Participate in patient therapeutic education
• Participate in service projects
• Maintain the electronic patient record and traceability of all actions
• Collaborate with the prostate centre and their referring nurses

Who will you work with?

Essentials:

• HES nursing diploma or equivalent recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
• Benefit from initial professional experience in a hospital environment
• Versatility, organisational skills and adaptability
• Dynamism and team spirit
• Discretion and strict respect for confidentiality
• Excellent interpersonal skills: patience, listening and neutrality

Your assets:

• Previous experience or strong interest in developing within a digestive and urological surgery service
