What you will do with us
We are the experts for specialised waterproofing in and on buildings and renovate moisture and mould damage in the Mörschwil area. As a technician, you will work practically on our renovation sites and professionally carry out our waterproofing and renovation tasks. You will increasingly take independent responsibility for your site – from preparation and material organisation to execution, customer contact, and documentation.
Important: This position is not purely a project management or leadership role. Practical hands-on work on the construction site is central.
What we expect from you
- at least 5 years of professional experience in construction
- experience as a foreman or demonstrable responsibility for construction sites
- solid experience as a building waterproofing specialist, plasterer, bricklayer, tiler, painter, dryliner, or in a comparable construction-related profession
- independent and solution-oriented working style
- ability to think ahead and recognise connections
- responsibility for quality, deadlines, materials, and customers
- good German and the ability to communicate confidently with customers and colleagues
- decent, respectful, and professional demeanour
- driving licence category B
- willingness to learn new things and develop professionally
