Description

• Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results in wealth management.
• Oversee the development and implementation of banking strategies that align with the company's objectives in the Genève region and overseas.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Collaborate with senior management to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Analyze market trends and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure efficient communication and workflow within the team and across departments.

Profile

A successful team leader should have:

• A strong educational background in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in the private banking and within the wealth management sector,
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of French or other languages is an advantage.
• A client-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex financial scenarios.
• Fully open to regular business travel to the Bahamas.
