Sous Chef 100% (m/f/d) - Zurich ZH
Your area of responsibility
- Responsibility for kitchen, production and quality in the assigned shift
- Active assistance in the kitchen in the production area
- Coordination with logistics and event department
- Ensuring Compass standards
- Ensuring impeccable stock management and ordering system
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook as well as several years of experience in a large kitchen or in communal catering
- Entrepreneurial thinking and basic administrative knowledge
- Creative, quality-oriented and organised
- Strong communication skills
- Resilient and solution-oriented
