Team Leader Case-Responsible Nursing Professionals HF/FH 80% (m/f/d)
In the "Caring for Relatives" service, care-dependent clients receive the best possible person-centered care from their relatives. The caregiving relatives are advised, accompanied, and supported by nursing professionals HF/FH. The caregiving relatives are compensated and insured for the work they perform.
We are looking for a team leader HF/FH by agreement to build up the service in the canton of Aargau.
We offer: high autonomy, flexible working hours, home office, and participation in shaping the development of this service.
Your tasks
- Building up the service and a team of case-responsible nursing professionals HF/FH in the canton of Aargau
- Professional and personnel management of the case-responsible nursing professionals HF/FH
- Active design and further development of the service as a member of the nursing committee
- As a case-responsible nursing professional, you lead the nursing process and ensure the best possible person-centered care quality for your clients
- You advise, accompany, and support the caregiving relatives
Our requirements
- For this responsible position, we require an HF/FH degree in nursing and leadership experience, preferably in Spitex
- You enjoy working independently, are well organized, and act responsibly
- You have strong communication skills
- You hold a valid driver's license and have your own car
The workplace is Aarau AG.
Start date: 01.09.2026 or by agreement
