Your Mission
- You ensure an optimal workflow throughout the entire housekeeping department to achieve maximum quality in cleanliness, care, and maintenance.
- You create a well-groomed and luxurious ambiance for our guests.
- You are responsible for ordering consumables, laundry, uniforms, cleaning machines, work equipment, and materials.
- You are responsible for good and effective cooperation and communication with other departments of the house.
- You conduct quality checks in guest suites, public areas including SPA, staff areas, and storage rooms.
- You actively support the subordinate employees during time and personnel bottlenecks.
- You are responsible for scheduling.
- You report technical defects and monitor their resolution.
- You support the Head of Housekeeping of HVLL with additional tasks.
- You conduct regular department meetings and participate in all relevant meetings.
Your Skills
- You have successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry.
- You have an eye for detail and ensure the highest cleanliness and care through careful quality controls.
- You have excellent communication skills to ensure effective collaboration with other departments.
- You enjoy pampering our demanding guests.
- You have already gained experience in housekeeping in upscale hotels.
- You have very good knowledge of German and English.
