What Awaits You

In this role, you will complement our claims team and support our clients quickly and straightforwardly in the event of a claim.

Your Impact with Us

You assist our clients with uncomplicated claims processing and personally accompany them throughout the entire process.

You receive claim notifications and are responsible for further processing and handling.

You independently initiate necessary immediate measures and maintain close contact with all parties involved.

What You Bring

• Completed training
• Professional experience in claims processing or solid expertise in general private insurance
• Enjoyment of customer contact 
• Independent, responsible, and proactive personality
• Fluent German language skills

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of the Insurance Intermediary VBV, Non-Life profile to perform this role. If this is not available, we are happy to support you with tailored internal training.
