Co-Management of School Properties - Focus on Operations 80%

Your main tasks

• In co-management, you lead and develop the school properties business area strategically, organisationally and personally.
• You bear the overall personnel responsibility for all employees in the management of school facilities and directly manage four people. In addition, you ensure the operation of eight school facilities as well as the kindergartens.
• You are responsible for the finances and budget (5.7 million Swiss francs) including controlling for the operations performance group.
• You are responsible for assigned rentals and contract management in the area of school properties.
• You drive modernisation, process optimisation, digitalisation and the sustainable development of school properties forward.
• You work closely with school management, users, authorities, internal specialist departments and external partners.

What you bring with you

• Federal diploma (HFP) in Facility Management or Real Estate Trust
• Proven leadership experience as well as leadership training or willingness to complete it
• Clear, binding, decisive and dialogue-oriented personality with high initiative
• Sound FM competence as well as enjoyment of change, modernisation and digitalisation
• Excellent German skills and negotiation skills. Experience in public administration is an advantage.
