Your Tasks
<ul> <li>Case management and individual support of young people in the vocational integration process</li> <li>Advice, support, and coaching for entry into the primary labor market</li> <li>Collaboration and exchange with companies, involved specialist offices, and internal stakeholders</li> <li>Professional documentation as well as writing structured progress and status reports</li> <li>Active participation in shaping sustainable and successful vocational integration</li> </ul>
Your Profile
<ul> <li>Tertiary degree in a social, health, or care-related field, ideally with experience or further training in job coaching, vocational integration, or case management</li> <li>Confident, communicative personality with enthusiasm for networking and collaboration</li> <li>Independent, structured, and resilient working style as well as pronounced teamwork skills</li> <li>Professional, reflective understanding of roles and high sense of responsibility</li> <li>Interest in supporting young people in their professional and personal development</li> <li>Confidence in written documentation as well as good PC user skills (MS Office)</li> </ul>
