What to expect
- Responsible for creating daily sickness benefit and accident insurance quotes, as well as checking the tariffing
- Checking and processing daily sickness benefit and accident insurance applications
- Independently handling customer enquiries, by phone and in writing
- An open and versatile team with which you actively support our partner and customer advisors in the region
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training
- Certification as a VBV insurance intermediary (health insurance supplement profile) - or the motivation to obtain this qualification with us
- Practical experience in the field of personal insurance is an advantage, experience with Adcubum Syrius is desirable
- Confident German, additional languages are an advantage and enthusiasm for advancing personal development
- Strong customer orientation as well as efficient and quality-conscious working methods
