Trust Officer (m/f/d)
Role:
As a Trust Officer, you will take on the independent management of financial accounting and support our clients in various areas of fiduciary services. With your precise and efficient working style, you ensure reliable handling of mandates and actively contribute to the diverse tasks of the team.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of financial accounting, preferably including financial statements
Handling of salary and social insurance matters
Preparation of VAT and withholding tax returns
Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
Handling general fiduciary tasks
Support in the care and processing of client mandates
Independent processing of assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship (KV), preferably in fiduciary services
Alternatively, several years of professional experience in fiduciary services
Further training in accounting or fiduciary services is an advantage
Good knowledge of financial accounting, taxes and payroll administration
German as a native language and good English skills
Independent, efficient and precise working style
Motivated, resilient and flexible personality
High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Enjoyment of a varied role in fiduciary services
