Your area of responsibility
- Planning, scheduling, and coordination of assembly assignments in coordination with end customers
- Overall responsibility for assembly processes, deadlines, and quality
- Site inspections and ensuring assembly quality (internal fitters & subcontractors)
- Personnel and technical leadership of fitters, chief fitters, and scheduling (execution) including training and further education
- Management and control of subcontractors including onboarding process and contract awarding
- Monitoring of planned/actual assembly hours and assembly capacities
- Ensuring productive, high-quality, and safe assembly (including occupational safety)
- Weekly status report to the execution management
- Close cooperation with project managers, senior project managers, and sales consultants including ongoing feedback and timely completion reports

What you bring
- Completed training in metal construction / building construction or related construction industry, further training as sun protection assembly manager is an advantage
- First leadership experience is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills as well as an independent, solution-oriented, and calm working style – even in demanding situations
- Structured, clear communication with internal and external contacts
- Economic thinking and entrepreneurial action
- Strong communication skills combined with assertiveness
- A high sense of responsibility regarding occupational safety and environmental protection guidelines
- Good IT skills and confident use of common IT tools
- Fluent German language skills
- Driver's license category B
