Team Leader: Electrical Installations
Your tasks
As a manager, you are responsible for the implementation of diverse and interesting electrical projects in terms of personnel, technical, organizational, and financial aspects. You carry out new constructions, conversions, and renovations of residential and commercial properties. You independently organize "your" projects in coordination with project management: coordination and planning of personnel deployment on the construction site, material orders from suppliers, continuous monitoring of work, timely reporting, coordination with planners and clients are just a few keywords for the varied and comprehensive tasks.
Your profile
You have a qualification as an electrical installer EFZ. You have gained several years of professional experience in the execution of electrical installations. Ideally, you have leadership experience as a team leader. You are familiar with the organization of construction sites and are accustomed to sharing technical and economic responsibility for projects. As a person with pronounced doer qualities, you enjoy implementing the tasks at hand in the best possible way. With your qualities as a team player and communicative spirit, you convince and motivate employees, customers, and superiors alike. A category B driving license is required. Work location: Bern.
