Your Profile
Employee Material Management (fixed-term until the end of the year)
In this versatile and responsible key position, you ensure the smooth flow of materials along the entire value chain. From professional goods receipt to the timely provision of raw and packaging materials for production, to the handling of finished products, you contribute directly to the company’s success.
Your Tasks
Material Logistics & Goods Flow:
- Independent handling of goods receipt and dispatch of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Proper picking and provision of production materials for the production lines.
- Safe operation of counterbalance forklifts and pedestrian stackers in daily warehouse operations.
Process & Data Management:
- Reliable booking of all material movements in the ERP system.
- Complete maintenance and control of process-relevant documentation (goods receipt inspections, cleaning records, etc.).
- Regular execution of inventories and ongoing stock checks.
Quality, Safety & CIP:
- Strict adherence to all requirements regarding occupational safety, health protection, hygiene (allergen management), and quality standards.
- Active participation in the continuous improvement process (CIP) and recording of relevant key figures.
- Support in the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and the training of new colleagues.
Site & Additional Tasks:
- Performing site and porter duties as well as handling incoming mail.
- Monitoring the fire alarm system and proper waste disposal.
- Willingness to flexibly assist in adjacent areas (e.g., economat or production line) as needed.
Qualifications
Your Profile
Education & Experience:
- Completed apprenticeship as a logistics specialist EFZ or several years of comparable professional experience in warehouse logistics.
- Valid SUVA-recognised forklift and pedestrian stacker licence is mandatory.
- Professional experience in the food or pharmaceutical sector as well as knowledge of handling allergens and hygiene regulations are advantageous.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP).

- Strong problem-solving skills and interest in technical processes.
