Tasks
- Handle customer inquiries over the phone with care and professionalism.
- Provide e-banking advice and implement card blocking requests.
- Identify customers and find solutions to their concerns.
Skills
- Fluent in Swiss German and able to consult in German and French; Italian is a plus.
- Strong customer service experience, especially in banking is preferred.
- Good PC skills and a clean criminal record are mandatory.
