Deputy Host / Operations Manager (m/f) Gastronomy Merian Gardens Restaurant – Villa – Events – Catering
Your tasks:
- Support and representation of the host/operations manager in the operational and administrative management of the locations Restaurant Iris, Villa Merian, banquet and seminar areas as well as catering outlets
- Ensuring a smooth service process with a focus on excellent guest experience
- Host role with warm and authentic presence
- Coordination between kitchen and service for optimal implementation of the gastronomic concept
- Co-responsibility for quality assurance, orders, and compliance with hygiene regulations
- Active participation in daily business
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training and experience in a managerial position in gastronomy (e.g. as deputy host, restaurant manager)
- Host personality with natural warmth and service orientation
- Leadership skills with an eye for team spirit and motivation
