Head of Quality, Safety & Sustainability 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is looking for you as Head of Quality, Safety & Sustainability for a central leadership role at the Swiss headquarters. You will take on the strategic and operational responsibility for all QHSE topics and drive sustainable development forward.

In this key position, you actively shape the future:

• You are the central contact person for management regarding quality, occupational safety, health and environmental protection

• You develop a company-wide QHSE KPI system and continuously optimise it

• You ensure compliance with legal requirements and keep an eye on regulatory developments

• You plan and conduct internal audits as well as certification audits

• You lead the operational improvement team and drive optimisation projects forward

• You work on the "Zero Accidents" vision and implement effective prevention measures

• You create transparency through global reporting structures and uniform standards

• You initiate projects to reduce emissions and improve environmental performance

• You also support international sites with QHSE issues if required

What do I need to be successful?

Our client is looking for a personality with a degree in business administration, engineering or a comparable field as well as additional qualifications in quality management, occupational safety or environmental management.

Your professional expertise:

• Several years of practical experience in the environmental and sustainability sector

• Solid know-how in environmental KPIs, carbon footprint management and emission reduction

• Experience or interest in change management and Lean Six Sigma

• Confident handling of Microsoft 365, ERP and QM systems

• Very good German and English skills

Your personal strengths:

• Strong communication and moderation skills

• Persuasiveness and hands-on mentality

• The ability to inspire people for change
