- Leading a team of 7 to 10 employees technically, organisationally and personally according to business management criteria
- Technical and factual responsibility in the field of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) with a focus on: ILS governance, defect reporting (failure statistics, defect weighting and analysis, availability, reliability, spare parts proposal, cost-effectiveness), configuration management, spare parts catalogue, item management
- Creating Logistic Support Analysis: LCN Breakdown, Level of Repair Analysis, Maintenance Tasks Analysis, Spare Parts Calculations, Life Cycle Cost Analysis
- Preparing offers in the specialist area and supporting the business segments in the field of ILS
- Providing ILS-specific support services in the product development and utilisation phase
- Ensuring technical and process know-how in the business segments
You bring with you
- Completed technical training (specialising in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
- Further training as a technician HF or engineer FH with experience in project management
- Experience in the field of design (Mech / El) is an advantage
- Knowledge of military procedures as well as logistics and in the field of armoured vehicles is desirable
- Sound MS Office skills as well as knowledge of SAP S4/Hana
- Team-oriented, flexible, independent and responsible working
- Business fluent German, very good English and French skills are an advantage
