Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Installation Manager in shopfitting to strengthen our team and take responsibility for the planning, organisation, and execution of installation projects. In this key position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all installation work is carried out efficiently and on schedule. You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and purchasing team to ensure that all materials and resources are available on time. Your main tasks include supervising installation work on site, coordinating installation teams, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality guidelines. Additionally, you will be the contact person for our clients throughout the entire installation process, ensuring high customer satisfaction. We expect you to have solid knowledge in shopfitting and experience in team leadership. Your ability to solve problems quickly and make decisions will be crucial to the success of our projects.We Expect
We expect you to have completed training in shopfitting or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of professional experience in a similar position. You should possess excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate and lead a team. Good communication skills and a high level of organisational talent are also required. Experience in dealing with customers and the ability to work under pressure are advantageous. You should be willing to travel occasionally and be flexible regarding working hours.We Offer
