- Support in recruitment and onboarding of employees
- Cleaning of residents' rooms as well as public areas and offices
- Coordination and monitoring of daily cleaning tasks including adherence to area times
- Leadership and training of employees
- Compliance with prescribed safety, hygiene and quality guidelines
- Conducting quality controls
- Communication with the client
- Deputy of the site management in case of absence
Your profile
- Good spoken and written German skills
- Service orientation, independence and flexibility
- Experience in cleaning or hospitality is an advantage
- Leadership experience
- PC skills
- Punctuality and reliability
