About the job
As part of the modernisation of our infrastructure (Facility) and the optimisation of our production site, we are looking for a Facility Project Manager to manage a portfolio of cross-functional technical projects.
You will be involved in the continuous improvement of our facilities, coordinating projects related to utilities, HVAC, automation, and IT interfaces. You will ensure the overall management of the works, from execution to commissioning (Commissioning & CQV), in strict compliance with the site’s Quality Management System (QMS).
Project Portfolio and Deployments
You will have full responsibility (coordination, execution, interface with internal resources) for the following projects:
IoT System Deployment (Deadline: September 2026)
Implementation of an IoT infrastructure and deployment of the first wave of sensors (Temperature/Humidity, water leak detection, meters).
Deliverables: Management of changes (MOC), planning, commissioning, and updating of technical documentation (Infor).
Fire System Centralisation (Deadline: October 2026)
Implementation of a centralised interface, directly accessible from computer workstations, to accelerate the identification and localisation of alarms.
Utilities Upgrade / Water Softener (Deadline: November 2026)
Upgrade of the water softener system (steam humidifier) and overall supervision of installation works.
Canalis Project / Electrical Distribution (Deadline: December 2026)
Coordination of work execution, rigorous monitoring of the QMS, and management of stakeholders.
Profile and Skills Required
Education: Engineering degree (Master’s level) or technical MSc.
Experience: Proven experience in managing complex industrial projects (Project Management).
Required technical expertise:
Infrastructure & Utilities: Strong command of demanding environments (cleanroom modifications, HVAC, industrial utilities).
Validation (CQV): Solid skills in equipment qualification and CQV engineering (Commissioning, Qualification, Validation).
Automation & IT: Demonstrated ability to interface industrial equipment with information systems (IT interfaces, Automation).
Soft skills and Methodology: Absolute documentary rigour (QMS, MOC), leadership to unite internal/external resources, and excellent communication.
